Santa Coming to Fridays

The event that moves the planet for a month is coming - the World Cup.
This year, in an unprecedented way, the event will take place at the end of the year - November
20st to December 18th and much more than a soccer competition, the World Cup will bring
together soccer lovers, passionate fans and more, people looking to celebrate the holiday
parties with your friends, co-workers and family. Christmas and the FIFA World Cup are an
unlikely duo of events that have never coincided before. For the first time, brands and marketers
are faced with the challenge of potentially combining the two campaigns at the same time.
A period that will bring different times according to the games and more, with variations by
country. From breakfast to dinner, we will be able to offer much more than a place for
celebration, we have the opportunity to create unique and differentiated experiences
allowing guests to return at least 3 times in a month (minimum number of games per
teams). So, keep in mind the fact that, even if people's adherence to sports is limited,
you can generate new feelings in these people and engage them through what we know
how to do best: Entertaining the guest.
The time has come to reinforce our leadership as a sports bar, look at guests and understand
what they are looking for, and more, become a mandatory destination that can promote Fun,
Freedom and Celebration extended to any time of the day, any day of the week, regardless of
whether there is a game or not. Through this principle, we can make the restaurants the ideal
spot to transform our guests' visit into unforgettable experiences.

PROGRAM SUMMARY
• A sports event is a date where customers can eat, drink and socialize while watching the latest televised sports events.
• Since sports events are tailored to a specific clientele, they must have certain business objectives in place to ensure success. In addition to the objectives, you may see in
most other businesses, like management costs, a sports day part must meet
expectations for a bar and restaurant of its type. This means that you must be acutely aware not only of how the bar performs, but also of how it is perceived by its guests. One of the major defining factors of a sports bar's success or failure is its entertainment.
• The sport event creates a great opportunity for people to come together, enjoy each other’s company and celebrate all the milestones of the day.
• The sports event concept relies on providing an atmosphere in which customers can relax while watching a sport, so it is essential that the bar provides several televisions in highly visible areas of the restaurant. This ensures that customers can see the action from wherever they sit. You may also feature special promotions, local sports celebrity appearances, giveaways and other events that may attract sports fans to your bar.
• Hosting FRIDAYS ON THE FIELD celebration is also a perfect way to significantly
increase your Sales and Guest Counts with sports lovers and fans traffic.

• FRIDAYS ON THE FIELD is a Value promotion that allows Guests to choose different appetizers plus main entrees and cocktails.

All across the world countries honor mothers with a special day, Mother’s Day! Even though not all nations celebrate on the same day, we want to celebrate this special day by encouraging our guests to spend the day with us to create an unforgettable experience for mothers around the world.

BUSINESS STRATEGY
This promotion is PPA focused to help you with increasing Average check but suggesting dessert options to the guests. It includes a special menu, with food options as well as delicious, new cocktails and our special, limited time dessert MOTHER OF ALL DESSERTS. The program also involves bounce back coupons, so you capture guests during these busy times and invite them to a next visit soon.

Easter is one of the most important celebrations on the Christian
calendar, celebrated in many countries around the world. While the
traditions in each country vary, there are a few things that are
common to Easter celebrations all over the world such as family get
togethers and lots of eating!

Every year around early February the biggest game in American Football is played. People around the world like to gather to watch. What a great opportunity to host viewing parties and let your guests share in the excitement.

This event gives our guests the chance to celebrate the biggest American Football game of the year with their friends at T.G. I. Friday’s. It’s a great opportunity to offer specials on beer and appetizers to encourage large groups to watch together. It also gives you the chance to show the game on the TV screens throughout the restaurant and bar.

Halloween is where people come together wearing their best Halloween costume to celebrate the popular social event and annual holiday celebrated on October 31.
With appeal to both kids and adults, this social occasion provides a great opportunity to have fun, decorate the restaurant and invite Guests to come in with their Halloween costumes with family & friends.
This year we are inviting our guests to a weeklong event, with spooky food and beverages, made to for them to celebrate Halloween and have fun!
To enhance your marketing activities, encourage your team to dress up during Halloweek and decorate your restaurants for the whole week of the activation. If the market permits, consider a Halloween Party to end your activation strong.

Thanksgiving Day is an official holiday observed annually in the United States on the fourth Thursday in November. Its origin probably traces back to the harvest festivals where European communities decorated their churches with
fruits, flowers and vegetables at Thanksgiving. However, today Thanksgiving is typically centered on home, family and friends for a holiday feast consisting of turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie – just like the Pilgrims!

Thanksgiving provides the opportunity to lean into our
American heritage and create a reason for family and friends to gather and give thanks to each other, while also increasing sales surrounding the Thanksgiving weekend.

The Summer Olympic Games, first held in 1896, is a major international multi-sport event held once every four years.

Forty-two sports, spanning 55 disciplines, have been part of the Olympic program at one point or another.

OktoBEERfest is a fun social activation that is mainly celebrated in the European markets and some South American markets.

It’s a week long celebration centered around beer that provides a great opportunity to showcase our strong beverage options to maximize the opportunity to drive sales.

A little history first to put the celebration into perspective…
In October of 1810, Crown Prince Ludwig married Princess Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen. All Bavarians were invited to celebrate with Festivities (mostly horse racing) in the Theresenwiese (a meadow renamed for the event). It was so popular, that they celebrated again the next year! and the next…. and the next.
And, despite it’s name, it is actually celebrated in
September, to take advantage of the better weather.

Carnaval will be celebrated in February, and is typically celebrated in the Caribbean.
With roots in the Christian celebrations leading up to Lent, a time of fasting and restraint, this is the time of year to let loose.

The word “carnival” derives (most likely) from the Latin words for “farewell to meat” (carne) – because Carnaval time is the period just before the forty days of Lent, when Catholics have traditionally fasted, or given up pleasures gastronomic and otherwise.

It’s a festival that brings people from around the world together, to enjoy music, dancing, costumes, parades and food.

Provide an at-home Easter Feast that allows guests to mix, match and share Fridays Signature Flavors.
Adding a limited time call to action will help create urgency in limiting this to the holiday weekend.

Easter Feasts for 2 allow Guests to choose:

Feast for 4 allows choice of:
• 3 Appetizers
• 4 Main Entrees
• 4 Desserts.

Having a low “starting at” fixed price, drives sales with a strong
