RELAUNCHING THE BRAND

STRATEGY:

As restaurants begin to open their dining rooms to Guests, we have this opportunity to move a step forward to restoring our business and serving our communities. Our Guests are coming back to us for the opportunity to finally enjoy a meal with friends and family and we need to execute by standards and also that means that the Marketing Strategy will need to adapt to the new normal finding new ways of delivering our product, messaging and branding.

MESSAGING SHOULD SUPPORT: 

  • Signature - Menu items our guests know and love that are signature to Fridays. 

  • Social - Bring back the Fridays feeling, our guests will be super excited to eat with us and enjoy some time outside their homes in a safe place.

 

PROGRAMS UTILIZE: 

  • Value - Value should play a very important part of your strategy, in some cases is giving a reason to 

  • book a first and second visit with us while being profitable and protecting our sales. 

  • Off Premise - Even our guests can visit us, we will have some guests that will take longer to feel comfortable 

  • to eat outside their homes, our To-Go and delivery strategies needs to continue and being flawless.

AREAS OF FOCUS: 

  • Limited Menu - focusing on operations, creating efficiency and produced positive outcomes related to Food Cost and waste reduction is a great best practice. 

  • Technology - Online and mobile ordering, QR codes, reservation system, mobile pay, will be key in your digital proposition in your business. 

  • Communication - As our restaurants reopen, not only is it important to inform Guests of the days and hours of operation, it is also imperative for us to communicate the new standards and procedures being implemented in our restaurants to ensure the safety of our Guests and Team Members.
